Women are often faced with many challenges over the course of a lifetime. Navigating motherhood, parenting, and life transitions (even positive ones) can sometimes lead to uncertainty, anxiety, mixed emotions, stress, and feeling overwhelmed. We all deserve to have support and knowledge to help us through these challenges so that we can feel better for ourselves and for our families.
I am a clinical social worker with 30 years of experience helping individuals and families in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings. I have a strong commitment to supporting women, with a special emphasis on caring for women experiencing prenatal and/or postpartum mood struggles. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for you to talk about your concerns, identify your goals, and grow into a happier and healthier outlook. I will work collaboratively with you to help you feel understood and supported. I'll also provide you with concrete skills and guidance that you can use to improve your emotional well-being.
